Terms of Sale

We are extremely proud of the quality and val­ue of our prod­ucts.  Never­the­less, if you are not thor­ough­ly de­light­ed with our kits and doc­u­men­ta­tion when they ar­rive in the mail, then we will be hap­py to re­fund your pur­chase – less any ap­pli­cable restocking charge – pro­vid­ed that your or­der is re­turned in re­sell-able con­di­tion per our return policy.

Please contact us if you require any re­place­ment parts due to an ir­re­vers­i­ble as­sem­bly er­ror.  We un­der­stand these things hap­pen and will strive to rem­e­dy your sit­u­a­tion for a min­i­mal ad­di­tion­al cost.

Within 90 days of the date your or­der was shipped, we will pro­vide miss­ing parts at no charge.  Aft­er that time we will do our best to pro­vide any miss­ing parts for a min­i­mal cost.

Within 90 days of the date your or­der was shipped, we will re­place de­fec­tive parts at no charge.  Please note that this is dis­tinct from dam­age re­sult­ing from im­prop­er as­sem­bly, mis­use, or abuse.  Also, we may re­quest that you re­turn the de­fec­tive items to us at your ex­pense.

Elecraft’s permission to re­pro­duce por­tions of the K2 man­u­al and sche­mat­ics does not con­sti­tute an en­dorse­ment of our prod­ucts, nor our sug­gest­ed re­work-free “Option Ready” al­ter­nate K2 as­sem­bly method.

If you wish to return all or just a por­tion of your or­der, please contact us with­in 10 days of its ar­rival for re­turn in­struc­tions.  You will need to pay for the re­turn ship­ping.  How­ever, if you re­turn your en­tire or­der then we will re­fund half of the base ship­ping and han­dling charge.  Extra IMA jumpers are not re­turn­a­ble, nor is our Soldering Confidence Kit.  We re­quest that you re­turn your or­der with­in 25 days of re­ceipt.

A 15% restocking charge will be applied to re­turns of any of our prod­ucts that do not in­clude a cir­cuit board.
