However, this additional charge is not applied automatically! International customers (when ordering online) you must manually add sufficient payment by selecting the appropriate “Add-to-Cart” button (under the “Flat-Rate Global Priority Mail” heading) below. Failure to manually add the necessary additional payment will delay the processing of your order!
Domestic orders normally ship via USPS Priority Mail and incur our base (S&H) charge. However, for very small orders – those with a before tax invoice subtotal of no more than $2.00 – domestic (US) customers may select First Class Mail as a half-cost although slower and less secure shipping alternative. To request that your order be shipped via First Class Mail when ordering online …
Although your final S&H costs for First Class Mail will only be half as much, initially your account will still be charged for the full amount of our base S&H. Subsequently, a refund for the difference will be automatically posted to your account and typically within 72 hours.
